MAJOR DUTIES: The incumbent of this position serves as a TV
Production Specialist in the Indonesian Service responsible for assisting
and/or producing news and information segments for Indonesian television
broadcasts. He/She performs subject and
story research to insure the accuracy, comprehensiveness, and balance of news
and information stories; calls and develops sources in order to confirm
research and facts in television stories; researches and logs raw video
material and news feeds for inclusion in a variety of news and information
programs; writes basic stories for on camera, voice over, or narrated reporter
package, making sure stories are geared to the needs of a Indonesian audience.


Conducts interviews with officials and
personalities on a variety of subjects in the reporting process and assists or
performs electronic news gathering in the field, either by digital video camera
or with an ENG crew, selecting location and shots to best convey the meaning of
the story to an international audience.
Incumbent is responsible for the Service’s video and audio
equipment and its operational readiness.
Incumbent is the liaison with stringers and correspondents on tape and
equipment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EVALUATION

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:


1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the next
lower grade level.


SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of the
position and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills
and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position


SCREEN OUT FACTOR: Fluent knowledge of the Indonesian language
that enables the incumbent to write, report, interview, and broadcast in this
language.

PERPANJANGAN KONTRAK KERJA TENAGA HARIAN LEPAS - TENAGA BANTU PENYULUH PERTANIAN (THL-TBPP)
TAHUN 2008.





Dalam upaya pencapaian program Revitalisasi Penyuluhan Pertanian dan untuk mendukung program Pemerintah khususnya mengenai Revitalisasi Pertanian, maka Departemen Pertanian cq. Badan Pengembangan SDM Pertanian akan memperpanjang kontrak kerja THL-TBPP yang telah bekerja selama 9 (sembilan) bulan (periode April sd. Desember 2007) karena dinilai mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas penyuluhan pertanian di desa-dasa seluruh Indonesia.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut disampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut :

1. Bagi THL-TBPP yang telah dievaluasi dengan kinerja baik dan telah mendapat rekomendasi dari Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi, Kabupaten/kota seluruh Indonesia akan diperpanjang kontrak kerjanya sampai dengan 2008.

2. Nama-nama THL-TBPP yang akan diperpanjang kontrak kerjannya untuk tahun 2008 selama 10 (sepuluh) bulan yaitu periode Februari sd. November 2008 akan diumumkan pada minggu ke 3 bulan Desember 2007.

3. THL-TBPP harus mengikuti diklat pembekalan yang akan dilaksanakan melalui 2 (dua) tahapan kegiatan yaitu:

a. Diklat pembekalan angkatan I : tanggal 14 sd. 16 Januari 2008

b. Diklat pembekalan angkatan II : tanggal 17 sd. 19 Januari 2008

4. Perpanjangan kontrak kerja bagi THL-TBPP akan dilaksanakan dengan jadwal sebagai berikut:

a. Angkatan I : tanggal 15 Januari 2008

b. Angkatan II : tanggal 18 Januari 2008
